Thank you so much -excellent customer service. I tried 0000 and it worked (hope this will help you for the next customers) , was able to change canbus setting to a random BMW car, not perfect, because there is no BMW X3 2004 setting listed. But happy now as sound works volume on SWC works : )Thank you for you help All done for
