With HeadUnit FileBrowser I can access only Dashcam internal ROM with APK file, I cannot see SDCard files now.

I'd like to hook up two DVR cameras to a head unit, to record footage from both forward and rear facing angles while driving. I plan to have memory cards in each camera. Would buying two of these cameras work for that function? If not, is there a way to setup that ability on one of your Android radios? Thanks in advance.
