Choosing the right one for your car:

 Our website sells two different kinds of In-Dash Car DVD GPS. The first is a universal In-Dash Car DVD GPS, which can be installed in just about any vehicle make and model.The other is a vehicle-specific In-Dash player which is specially-designed for a particular model. 

 If you choose a universal In-Dash player, please first check the player position height of your car. If the height is 50mm, please select  from 1 Din car DVD GPS series, and if 100mm, please select from 2 Din car DVD GPS series.

 If you choose a vehicle-specific In-Dash player,our vehicle-specific players will indicate in the product title the model of car for which it is designed. Please check produced year of your car at first.But according to our experience, sometimes the same car come with different factory CD player, even that they have the same name, year and model but from different countries.So we put a photo of dashboard correspond with each product in the product description page.If your dashboard photo is the same as we list, this item is fit to your car.If it's different, please find the correct model for your car in "related pruducts".If you are still uncertain about this, please send us dashboard photo of your car, and then we can check whether it can fit to your car. 

Digital TV:

There are 3 mainly digital TV standards in the world: 

1. DVB-T: Mainly apply in Europe, Australia, India, etc.
2. ATSC: Mainly apply in the US, Canada, Mexico, Korea, etc.
3. ISDB: Mainly apply in Japan, Brazil, Peru and some other South American countries.

1. How to check the shipping cost? 

Please add the unit to cart, select your country, state/provice, write your zip/postal code and then click "Get A Quote".

2. How about the TV? Is it analog TV or digaital TV?

This dvd player is with built-in analog TV.If you want built-in digital TV,please select DVB-T or ATSC-MH or I-SDB-T according     to your living country when place order.

3. Dose this dvd player support SAT/SIRIUS radio?

it supports AM/FM/RDS. Our radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app.

4. What is the meaning of Dual Zone ?

With Dual Zone function, you can enjoy music while using GPS.

5. Why does a message warning "Warning, do not watch" and the DVD player without video display when driving?

This is a safety measure taken by the manufacturers. It prohibits drivers from watching videos while driving.Please enter the GPS file path and unselect PK.

6.Does this dvd player support flash drives and external HDD?

It can't work with external HDDs, but it support USB flash drives with a storage capacity of up to 16GB.

7. When I play iPod on this DVD player, why is there only sound but no video displayed?

Please check the product description to see whether the dvd player can support iPod Video display.Most dvd player only support sound at present. 

 8. Is it possible to watch different movies on a headrest DVD player set?

If the headrest DVD player set includes two DVD players, the two DVD players can display different movies. Make sure more than one DVD player is included in your set.

9. How can I know whether this dvd player fit to my car?

10. How to connect so many cables?

We do not have specific installation guide for every car model.You can find installation guide by click "INSTALLATION" on the       product page.Some are the specific installation guide for different car,but some only have the general guide and universal diagram for you.If there is any queation about installation, please feel free to contact us for further help.

11.Why GPS cannot locate?

GPS antenna is not plugged.Please insert the GPS antenna.

12.Why the Radio can't get any channel?

Please check if the radio antenna is connected to your original car's radio antenna correctly.And then check if the radio area is       selected correctly.

13. How to connect the rearview camera?

The following is the wire connection instruction for the rearview camera (Please note that your rearview camera’s video input is supposed to be connected to this unit’s back-video-in):

  

 

 

 

14. Do I need to pay customs duties?

 

We will value down the price on the package to help you from paying taxes. The price on the package will be USD$180.We also can write lower than USD$180 according to your needs.

I have received a product with quality problem, what next?
Products with quality problems, including shipping damage, can be returned within 30 days for a replacement.
Products with quality problems, including shipping damage, can be returned within 365 days for repairs.
Please note:We only allow a complete refund for items with shipping damage or factory defects.Any defects not caused by Seicane ,will not warrant a full fund.

I have received a product with Incomplete Shipments, what next?
If the package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and a partial refund will be issued.Please contact us immediately about retrieving the missing parts.

Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
We only offer a return service for those items which are factory defective or incorrectly included in your shipment. Please read our Return Policy before placing your order.

If I receive a wrong item, can I return it for a refund?
In the event you receive the wrong item, please notify our customer service immediately.You will be asked to ship the item back to us, in which case we will refund your shipping cost. You may then request a refund or have us replace your erroneously shipped item with the correct one.

How about the warranty period?
We have our own QC to test and ensure all of our products 100% passed before shipment,but sometimes the problem caused by the incorrect installation or by the shipment on trip,so we supply 1 year warranty for all of our products(dated from the sign date on the package by the receiver),exactly 365 days from the received date.
Exclusions:
1.This warranty does not cover the result from: accidents, unauthorized tamper or attempts to modify, use of third party accessories,direct or consequential damages.
2.We will not respond for any damage due to incorrect installation, Please do must read the user manual of the item carefully before installation and use; and invite an authorized technician to deal with the installation.
3.We don't respond for any custom duty or any external cost by the custom,our price is not included any tax,so the customer need to pay any custom tax or any other additional cost in the custom if needed in the customer's custom.

How about the warranty method?
1.We usually offer technical support to our customers as after-sale service.When there is any problems feedback, we will follow the problem and help our customers to solve it.
2.If the customers have his own technician who know to test and repair the unit with spare parts,we can supply the spare part which needed as support.For 100 pcs,we can offer 1% free spare parts,or the customers can buy extra spare parts from us at the material cost.And we can ship out the spare part to the customer with the next new order together.If the customer didn't have new order but need the spare parts alone,the customer need to pay the shipping the cost for spare parts.
3.If the customer can not fix the problem by his own technician,the customer can send back the defective unit by EMS to us(Please shipped back by EMS Post Office only to Avoid the custom tax and problem) in the warranty for repair or replacement,we will repair it free of charge or replace a new one if can not be fixed,and then we will send back the package to the buyer by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS,while the shipping cost is prepaid at our side.In this way, the need to buyer only pay for the shipping of sending back the unit to China.

What the customer need to pay for repair?
1.Custom duty and any cost by the custom in the customer's country.
2.Spare part material cost if the customer buy less than 100 pcs but need the spare parts for repair.If the customer buy 100 pcs,1% pare parts is supply as free support.
3.Shipping for the spare parts if the customer haven't new order to ship the spare part together but the customer need the spare part alone.
4.The shipping for the defective units returned to China if the customer need to send it back to China for test and repair.

What the Seicane will pay for repair?
1.The repair cost of the defective units returned to China(no matter how much it is),we will charge it for the customer if the customer send it back for repair.
2.The shipping for the returned unit back to the customers from China( no mater how much it will be),we charge it for our customer who need to send it back for test and repair.
3.The custom tax and duty if the customer send back the units to China for repair,but please inform us and follow our return method before return the defective unit,we just respond for the units which returned to us after confirm and follow our method.If the customer send back the unit without advance notice,we will ignore it without notice,the customer will be responsible for any tax or charge and problem if cause by the returned package.
